A super show is planned for the 9th Annual Christmas Bluegrass Benefit Concert for the Homeless! Your hosts Eddie & Martha Adcock, Donna Sonner, and Gene & June Johnson invite you to a mini-bluegrass festival for the feels-good-to-give season, featuring big names of down-home music.

The event is set for Sunday evening, December 14, at the Station Inn in Nashville (402 12th Ave. S). Showtime is 7p.m. This year's artist lineup includes Gene Johnson (of Diamond Rio), Eddie & Martha Adcock, Ned Luberecki, Larry Stephenson, the Roland White Band, Tim Graves & Cherokee, Dale & Don Wayne Reno, Jimmy Bowen & Santa Fe, Jack Hicks & Summertown Road, Randy Waller (of the Country Gentlemen), Sam Jackson & the Jackson Gang, Dr. Terry Comer & The Best In Town, and Alan Sibley & the Magnolia Ramblers, with sound by Clark Williams.
Admission is a $15 suggested donation (more is welcome, naturally); and all proceeds and gifts assist homeless men, women and families of Nashville through Room In The Inn, a shelter program of the Campus For Human Development. (For more infomation on this organization, see their website at www.CHD-Nashville.org.)
And if you're looking for an extra way to make a difference, you can bring all those goodies you've saved through the year -- items that individuals and families can use, like personal-size soaps, shampoo, toothbrushes and paste, deodorant, razors, shave cream, tissues, combs, new socks & underwear & washcloths, sewing kits, pens, pencils and small notebooks.
'Tis the Season, you know, and this year we need you more than ever, so we hope you'll be there with us for this great evening of wonderful music and friendly fellowship for a compelling cause.
Don't forget that the Station Inn serves great pizza, nachos, hot dogs, barbecue, popcorn, sodas, beer, coolers and coffee. The Station Inn is non-smoking, and all ages are welcome.
For more information contact 615-255-3307 or 615-443-7135, or visit www.StationInn.com or www.EddieAndMarthaAdcock.com. And please forward this information to folks who might be interested.
Please come and be with us! And remember -- they're not faceless or nameless, they're just homeless.
