WILMINGTON -- The Wilmington Police Department is looking for two young men who harassed and abused a homeless man.

According to video from a secruity camera, the suspects threw flowers and dirt on the man, urinated on him, took his cash, and tried to defecate on him.

Police say the incident happened on Saturday, August 2 between 2:00 and 7:00 in the morning, and that the victim was sleeping.

Authorities were initially called to investigate a vandalism case, but discovered what actually happened when they reviewed the security video.

The victim says he was intoxicated at the time and did not remember much of what had happened to him.
