A Toolkit on Performance Measurement for Ending Homelessness

A "toolkit" from the National Alliance to End Homelessness has been created and should become a major player in strategic planning for any agency or government interested in ending chronic homelessness in their area. The documents were added to their site on 7-25-08 and are an excellent source for strategic planning, program efficacy and resource identification. Definitely worth the time to download all the pdfs and check out each piece thoroughly.....
