Housing Those We Loathe

Regardless of what you may think personally about those who commit sex crimes, one thing is very clear: housing them is critically important in tracking and keeping tabs on their whereabouts....

Homeless Sex Offender

(ABC 6 NEWS)--- Rochester Police plan to hold a meeting this week to alert the public about a level three sex offender who currently doesn't have a permanent home address.

The Police Department says 37-year-old Christopher Loving has served his sentence and was released on Friday, but he doesn't have a permanent address, which is required by law.
Loving has a history of sexual contact with young girls.

Police say this is the first time a level three-sex offender has been declared homeless.
They'll hold a public meeting on Wednesday at city hall, to address any concerns.
