Another Hit & Run At Same Location Kills Another Homeless Man

Channel 5 is reporting that yet another Homeless man was struck and killed by a hit and run driver last night, practically in the same spot where Wilbur Helms was struck a couple of weeks ago. This time however, the man driving the vehicle did eventually turn himself in, although police are trying to determine whether the guy was drunk at the time and waited until he was sober before surrendering.
