Tent City Gets A Killer CurveBall

An unlikely yet very fine older gentleman, Mr. Charles Jones, has been spotted on several occasions wandering about Tent City, large planning map in hand and usually accompanied by a couple of other distinguished looking gentlemen in suits.   Although I've been unable to talk about it for some time, yesterday that gag order was lifted and I can tell you that the reason Mr. Jones has been such a frequent visitor to the camp is because of these:

Ten 40-foot metal shipping containers that Mr. Jones, and a host of other folks, are hoping can be placed in the heart of Tent City.  Each container will have a firewalled barrier placed dead center, have heating and air conditioning, power, and each side will be finished thusly:

Much is left to be worked out before this can become a reality for folks down at the camp, but much has already been worked out and these containers are ready to go at a moment's notice.  The area they will be placed in has been selected.  The right people are involved in making the necessary adjustments with city officials.   And the fact that Mr. Jones has gotten a good number of prominent folks keenly interested in his project bodes well for the possibility of ten of these containers to show up at the site soon.

Very soon....

Bitchin.

Smiling does a body good
